Hi

Im trying to connect to exchange via WCF Service. I have already Web service, querrys etc. My service is on IIS and working fine. But service is working on my, administrator account. When im trying to change account (to have less privileges) Im recive exeption: 

System.Management.Automation.Remoting.PSRemotingTransportException: Connecting to remote server cas11.a.com failed with the following error message : Access is denied. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

This is only with Exchange. Session with Lync work OK. When i open PS with credentials of this account: "New-Session" + "Import-Session" also work fine. Only IIS version on Exchange is problematic.

Any Ideas?

Its almost like its not passing the credentials of your account through so you getting the access denied error.
